All Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if IIWHosting is notified within the first 10 days following the renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date. Additional products such disk

It is important for users to contact IIWHosting at least 5 to 10 days before the renewal date to request non-renewal, cancellation, make any contract length changes, and upgrades/downgrades, etc. This will avoid double work for the renewal billing department and less confusion for you. Please note that contract length changes cannot be processed after the renewal date has passed.
