Work Experience:
- 2-4 years’ experience in a customer service and customer facing role at enterprise.
- 2 years of relationship management.
- 1 year experience in IT, Web Hosting, Web Designing/ Development firm.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.
- Fluent in Local Languages will be an added advantage.
Specific Competencies:
- English language competency verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of software including database, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation packages.
- Exercises good judgement and discretion with highly confidential materials.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills coupled with a high level of professionalism.
- Team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Find it easy to build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Proven organizational skills.

- Work closely with customers to be their non-technical contact, ensuring that their experience is world class.
- Respond to all customer requests and requirements.
