KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS


IIW Hosting is currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individuals who can drive revenue growth within IIW Hosting Customer Base while delivering world class customer service. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and increasing IIW Hosting revenue within his/her assigned customer base. This is a rewarding career opportunity for a business-to-business sales person in a professional yet casual work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven successful technology sales track record developing and building relationships with existing customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, increasing referrals, and closing new business within an assigned customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent; Masters or MBA or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 + Years experience in sales and account management, Preferably from Hosting industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts
  • Ability to conduct research studies, analyse data, and develop strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retain customers
  • Identify and close new revenue into assigned existing customer base
  • Effectively solicit referrals from existing customers
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate offers and manage post sale implementation to ensure client satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Track and maintain all account activity in the company CRM
  • Engaging in project management duties
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
