MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

IIW Hosting is looking to develop a deeper and more meaningful level of engagement with its partners and customers. As the Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be spearheading responsible for all the external facing content developed in the organization. Your goal is to ensure focused and impactful messaging, leading to higher brand awareness and increased adoption. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, have excellent written and oral communication skills and is social media savvy.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Graduate from any of the marketing streams
• 0- 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Solid understanding of the social media including sites like Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Stumbleupon, Delicious, Digg, Reddit, Flickr, Forums, Wikis, blogs, etc
• Strong ROI-driven outlook towards your job
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE :

• Liaising with internal teams and understanding their briefs
• Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the account manager/marketing manager
• Writing clear, persuasive, original copy for Advertising - offline and online
• Print collaterals
• Websites
• Blogs & thought leadership articles
• Being accountable for both, the creative performance and quality of writing (including style, tone, and accuracy)
• Directly coordinating with design teams to bring your ideas to life
• Managing all social media properties for IIW Hosting
• conceptualize, Strategize and Implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google, Bing etc.
• ROI measurement activities for the above tasks
